Travel Credit Eligibility
• Standard Tickets: Receive travel credit (valid 12 months) when canceling outside 24-hour window
• Works Bundle: Option for full refund instead of credit

Credit Amount
• Original fare minus cancellation fees (0−0−119)
• No credit for: Seat assignments, baggage fees, or other add-ons

Process

  2. Credit issued automatically to traveler's account
